South Africa Shipping:

  • All orders within central regional areas will be shipped for FREE by our courier company.
  • Outer lying areas / rural areas, an extra charge will apply.
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, if you need your order urgently please contact our team to see if we can get your order to you in time.
  • We offer two shipping services within South Africa.
  • Regular Courier within South Africa generally takes 3-5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch – FREE DELIVERY.
  • Over Night Express Courier generally takes 1-3 working days for delivery from date of dispatch. * This has an extra charge should you select it.
    This service can take longer to some rural areas
  • Delivery times are based on information from our shipping partners and are subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
  • Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address GiLo Lifestyle takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
  • Once your item has been shipped you will receive email notification from us with tracking number so you can track your item/s. Please be aware that the tracking link takes a few hours to update.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping costs are calculated at check out .
  • International orders are sent via ARAMEX international courier company.
  • International orders are generally delivered within 10-15 working days, but can take longer if held up by customs.
  • Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address GiLo Lifestyle takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Customs Taxes and charges:

  • Before ordering please check your country’s customs/ import policies. Any customs taxes or charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by recipient. GiLo Lifestyle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will gladly accept your return and replace or credit your account, within the 7day Returns Policy period.

If not, you can easily return it/them:


  • Send us an email at returns@gilolifestyle.com within the first 7 days of receiving your goods.
  • If you are sending your parcel back to us via courier or registered mail, send us the name of the courier you used as well as the tracking number to returns@gilolifestyle.com within 7 days.
  • As soon as we receive your return we will contact you regarding your refund.
  • When paying via Credit Card we offer exchanges when possible or refund the card used to place the order.
  • When Paying via EFT or Bank Transfer we can offer a full refund to your account.
  • Though we generally cannot cancel your order you can return it within 7 days.
  • For your protection we recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage and request a delivery confirmation.
  • To keep our prices competitive, the cost of the return is for your account.

‪Please Note

We do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 7-day Returns Policy period.

If the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Unwanted products

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us, provided it is undamaged and unused, in its original packaging with the original labels and stickers still attached.

We will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.
