GiLo Lifestyle is a business in the fashion industry that markets clothing and lifestyle products. Delivery policy subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of the use of a courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.
Returns policy
Please initiate the return by sending an email to gilo@gilolifestyle.com.
You will then need to return the parcel with your choice of Courier Company or the Post Office. Please note that you have to return the parcel within 7 days. Once you have sent the parcel please email us the tracking number, we need to receive the tracking number within 7 days. We will confirm your tracking number with the relevant delivery company and send you an email.

GiLo Lifestyle shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Credit card transactions will be acquired for GiLo Lifestyle via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayGate is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by GiLo Lifestyle separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Exchange and Refund Policy
All orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandises, however, if there is a manufacturing fault with the goods and they are defective, you can return them within 7 days of the date of purchase. Please be aware that:
- You must have the original tax invoice
- The goods must have been used for their intended purpose
- The goods must have been cared for
In this situation, we will repair/replace your goods should no misconduct be detectable.
Merchandise on sale may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.
